OUR LODGES
Our lodges offer a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Each lodge has the same facilities and floorplan, but each has its own unique character created with different colour schemes, quirky artwork and sumptuous soft furnishings from Mulberry, GP & J Baker, Liberty London and Moon giving a warm, luxurious home feel.
Our lodges have a welcoming open plan layout downstairs for relaxing, and entertaining. A fabulous utility area great for changing when you come in after a day out and drying wet clothes. Entering from the parking area door there is a covered porch where there is a small supply of logs and an ideal area to store your bike / buggy under cover and an outside tap for washing wellies.
You can collect your key from the key safe upon arrival and return it when you depart. It’s also convenient for coming and going at different times during your stay at Ardbrae Holiday Lodges.
Thistle Lodge
A stylish and elegant retreat with a sophisticated colour palette, complemented by luxurious soft furnishings and curated artwork. This lodge is perfect for those seeking a cosy getaway.
Heather Lodge
A warm and welcoming lodge featuring rich tones and textured fabrics, creating a homely and inviting atmosphere. Ideal for families and groups looking for a comfortable countryside escape.
Bracken Lodge
A charming and characterful lodge with a mix of bold patterns and rustic elements, offering a unique and cosy ambience for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature.
Inside the Lodges
Entering the property, you’ll find a spacious walk-in hall cupboard, perfect for storing coats and footwear. To your left, step into the heart of the lodge—a bright and welcoming open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. South-facing French windows span the room, offering spectacular views.
The dining area features a large family table that seats six comfortably, alongside a convenient breakfast bar for informal meals. For those who love alfresco dining, the private south-facing decking offers stunning views over farmland towards Turlem. Guests also have access to an expansive shared grass area in front of the property, ideal for relaxing and outdoor activities.
Upstairs Comfort
The upper level boasts a family-sized bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower. There are three luxurious bedrooms, each decorated with rich fabrics and dressed in professionally laundered, crisp white Zhen Green linens and towels.
Two spacious super-king bedrooms include comfortable seating, dressing rooms, and built-in wardrobes with ample hanging space.
The third bedroom features full-size bunk beds, a favourite with younger guests.
Amenities
Our lodges are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All lodges have the following amenities:
Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms. 2 super king beds, 2 adult-sized bunk beds.
Bathrooms: 2 Bathrooms. 1 downstairs with a toilet and walk in shower, 1 upstairs with a toilet, bath and shower.
Kitchen: Fully fitted modern kitchen with an under-counter fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and hob.
Dining Area: Our kitchen has breakfast bar and open plan dining and living room with full length sliding doors leading out on to private decking with covered table and chairs to allow you to enjoy the option of sitting outdoors no matter what the weather provides.
Storage: Large hall cupboard for coats and jackets
Heating: The properties are heated using underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. There is also a Morso wood burning stove.
Entertainment: Free Starlink WiFi, board games, and books.
Outdoor Space: Private covered patios at the front and rear.
Utility Area: Washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Child-friendly Amenities: Highchairs available on request.
Key Box: For your convenience, each lodge is equipped with a secure key box, allowing for easy self-check-in and access at any time during your stay.

Maximum occupancy per lodge: 6 guests
No smoking inside or outside the lodges.
No pets allowed.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours are in place for a peaceful environment.
Damage deposit: £350 required.

Each lodge has private parking for two vehicles.
Lodges are wheelchair accessible, but there are no downstairs bedrooms.
